As FL. Garment Technician you are responsible for the finishing and fits of the collections. You will develop all technical instructions for our latest products in close collaboration with the design team. You closely follow and analyze market developments, fits and silhouettes. You are the expert in quality and fit and manage high quality products from design idea to delivery. As a colleague you are a positive and motivating member of the team.

What are you going to do, among other things? 

  • You advise the design and purchasing team from a technical point of view
  • You organize and manage the planning of the fitting days to ensure that all fitting samples are in accordance with the current fitting standard
  • You are responsible for the technical part of proto/SMS and pre-production development, size specifications, product quality and product information
  • You assess and improve the fit and quality of our women’s collections
  • You have a great passion for fit blocks and fit improvement
  • You carry out the fits and adjustments on our models You actively contribute to improving existing styles
  • You have contact with suppliers


  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar position in technical development
  • Graduated in fashion technology, clothing technology and pattern drawing
  • Being able to work independently, ‘hands-on’ mentality, being able to set priorities
  • Flexible, accurate, structured, responsible, results-oriented and can work well under pressure
  • Establishing quality control standards
  • You think about standardization in the collection, setting up a construction manual and production improvement points
  • You are proactive in improving processes, to streamline and improve the technical design and fit part 
  • Working as a real team player
  • Being aware of trends and market developments
  • Assess samples and monitor quality standards


  • Freelance 6 months, starting from July 2024 to February 2025 or 3 months July – sept.
  • Available 40 – 32 hours is negotiable, at least 3 days internally
