1 Personal Acquaintance
Every new search starts with a visit to your office to discuss the vacancy and special wishes. Are you looking for an all-rounder or do you prefer a specialist? During our face to face meeting we will get deeper into the profile to get a clear image of what the candidate should look like. We also like to get a feeling and idea about the work atmosphere as an important condition for creative people to be productive. It’s our task to inform the candidates about the company where we introduce them. The result is that candidates are motivated and well prepared during the interview.
2 Cooperation Agreement
We will draft a cooperation agreement and we will start the new search as soon as the contract is signed
For our search of potential candidates we use our own network, database and social media tools.
4 Personal Interview
With all candidates who are a possible match we have a personal interview, together with the cv you will get a clear profile and idea of the candidate. We also send a portfolio to give an impression of the creative capacity of the candidate.
We select per vacancy three to five motivated candidates. You will choose who will be invited for an interview. If the perfect match is not found in the selection we will continue our search.
6 Employment Interview
When a candidate is chosen, the employment interview will be between you and the candidate. We can advice if you wish during this process.

1 Cv & portfolio
To get an idea of you talents, we like to receive your cv (Word-document) and portfolio (PDF or JPG). You can send it to email@example.com or upload it at the contactpage. We ask you kindly not to use other formats then mentioned and not to exceed the maximum of 6 MB for your portfolio teaser
2 Personal Acquaintance
When we believe you can be a potential candidate for one of the vacancies of our clients, we will invite you for a personal interview. During this interview we inform you about the vacancy and the company and we will try to get to know you better, to be sure you can be the right candidate for our client.
3 Interview with client
When we believe in a good match between you and the client, we will introduce you. We will send your cv, portfolio and short introduction to the client. He or she decides wether you will be invited for an interview.
4 Employment Interview
When you and the client decide you are a good match, an employment interview will follow. As soon as the contract is signed you can start your new job!
